NAD+ and Brain Fog: Can It Sharpen Focus and Mental Clarity?

Sleep deprivation impairs attention, working memory, and processing speed measurably. Undiagnosed sleep apnea produces exactly the pattern people describe as brain fog, and it's substantially underdiagnosed.
