Hormonal changes and visible changes run on different clocks.
Testosterone levels typically respond within weeks and are measurable on follow-up labs. Composition change is slower, unfolding over months, and depends heavily on training consistency and nutrition.
Expecting visible change on the same timeline as the lab change is a common source of premature disappointment.

Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved for this use and is prescribed as a compounded medication. It also depends on a responsive hormonal axis, so it's less effective in primary testicular dysfunction. Individual responses vary.

Body composition frustration is not evidence of low testosterone, and treating it as such skips the step that matters. Diagnosis requires lab work including LH and FSH, not a total testosterone number alone.
